We offer urgent care at both clinic locations by appointment.  (Walk-in appointments available at our Smokey Point Clinic location  between 6 pm - 7:00 pm.  subject to availability.)

Respiratory Clinic is held monthly. Appointments by referral from Same-Day clinic for treatment of COPD, asthma, allergies, chronic bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions.

Physical Therapy is designed to provide relief from pain and to help you move better and strengthen weakened muscles.  Physical Therapy is by referral from Same-Day Clinic.

Our monthly Women's Clinic  addresses women's unique healthcare needs, including PAP tests and other provider care.  Call 425-870-7384 for an appointment.

Procedure Clinic is held on an as-needed basis.  Appointments by referral from Same-Day Clinic. 

Chronic Care Clinic is on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. By referral from Same-Day Clinic for those with diabetes, high blood pressure, and elevated cholesterol.

Our bi-monthly Cardiology Clinic  diagnoses and treats those who have heart conditions.   By referral from Same-Day clinic.

Podiatry Clinic is bi-monthly on the 2nd Wednesday. Appointments by referral from Same-Day Clinic.
